Lift-Off! 10-Minute Physical Activity Breaks - easy to do at work or home.

Three ten minute breaks are a great way to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day, as well as give you an energy boost and break from your computer or meeting.

At work, request a Lift-Off! whenever meetings last longer than sixty minutes. Participants will feel better -- and become more alert and get more out of the meeting.

Three ten-minute Lift-Off! modules have been created to use together or independently for Aerobic, Weight, and Flexibility workouts that anyone can do almost anywhere - in any attire. Do one at a time and combine with other activity throughout the day, or combine all three and get your thirty minutes per day at once. However you do it, you'll feel great!
